Thankfully Clint made a video of PHXedit. I’ll still post mine, but now the pressure is off. I’m exhausted. Thanks for coming everyone! What a blast!

Node101 Phoenix has space at 2See Studio on January 18 while the gallery is open for Third Friday. We’re inviting all video bloggers, video editors, podcasters, photographers - you name it - in the Phoenix metro area to drop by and do a little co-working. You can also check out a lot of great art and you’ll be the art to the gallery patrons. We have WiFi and workspace. You have know-how and laptop. We’ll supply some water, wine and snacks, but feel free to BYOB or a little food to share.

Of course, if you know people who want to learn a new skill, bring them along, too. This is Node101 Phoenix, after all. We’re always up for teaching people how to videoblog.

The Phoenix Media Makers finally managed to get together and all I got was this silly video. And some blurry photos. But the actual time spent was a wonderful treat!

So Bekah, that’s MissBHavens to you, needed a graphic for her new blog, and she wanted a cartoon video camera with herself in the viewer. I offered to take a picture she sent me and put it “into” the viewer, using one of my favorite magic wands, Photoshop. She asked, “How do you DO that!?” So I recorded myself doing it, so she could see. This one’s for you, Miss B. And for anyone else who wants to know how to do it.

With this post I have added an “on-demand” category that I’ll use whenever I post a screencast in response to a specific request.
